I have stopped receiving your newsletter. What happened?

This can happen for a number of reasons. Here are the most common:

The newsletter is in your spam (or promotions) folder. Search for emails from The Peak or from the domain @newsletter.readthepeak.com. Find the latest email and mark it as not spam and/or drag it to your Primary inbox.

You have unsubscribed. You may have inadvertently unsubscribed from our emails. To fix this, sign up again and you should begin receiving emails immediately.

You reported an email as spam.. If you reported an email from us as spam (this can sometimes happen accidentally, through an errant click) we are legally obligated by the CAN-SPAM Act to stop sending you emails. The only way to receive emails from us again is to email [email protected] from the same email address you wish to have re-enabled with the following message:

“I wish to resume receiving emails from The Peak (https://www.readthepeak.com/) to my email address (INSERT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS HERE).”

This request must originate directly from your email; we cannot do this on your behalf.
